Janani very kindly travelled to the UK to give our organisation a comprehensive introduction to scrum and how it would benefit our business. Over the course of the five days she gave our leadership team a good insight into project management and the principles of an agile framework that allows employees to become more effective, more productive and better performers. She then ran a three-day workshop bringing in most of the change team and business partners reinforcing the Agile principles and delivering the framework that is Scrum. A final day was run to help the leaders determine how the new ways of working should be integrated into the business.

All the sessions were presented well, and highly positive feedback was given by the candidates several of whom have gone on to achieve their Scrum certification.
